Shipping Charges
Free* Shipping for orders in Canada and the US
*Exceptions:
Remote locations and those outside the contiguous USA may be subject to shipping charges.
Canada’s Northwest Territories and Yukon: we ship to Whitehorse and Yellowknife locations only. There is a $250 shipping charge for mattresses and we do not ship furniture items to these locations.
For destinations not covered above, including Nunavut, please contact us for quotes.
Please note that shipping is a door to door service (with some limited exceptions) and items will not be brought into the house.
Lead Times
We do our best to stock most items and are ordering regularly to reduce lead times. For mattresses and other products not in stock, lead times are typically 3-5 weeks depending on the supplier. We will connect with you within 72 hours of your order being processed with a more accurate lead time.
Shipping of your Mattress
Our mattresses come boxed and are easily transported through normal shipping methods. Most online mattress orders include free shipping. Inside delivery and mattress assembly can be added to your order in some cities, however, assembly is straightforward and instructions can be found here.
