Foundation Without Feet

If you have a foundation without feet, set it in a dry, moisture-free area and place your mattress on top.

Foundation With Feet

If you have a foundation with feet (round or square), please follow the steps below:

Apply the felt pads to the bottom of the legs to protect your floor

If your foundation has round legs, they will easily screw into the base

If your foundation has square legs, set them in the brackets on the base, and tighten the bracket with a ½” wrench

Note: a foundation with legs cannot be used without the legs, as there is no centre support.

Headboard

If you have a headboard, simply place it between the foundation and the wall. The legs of the headboard are notched so that the foundation nests tightly against it.

Everyday Care

To keep your foundation free from dust and allergens, brush with a lint roller or use the upholstery attachment on your vacuum cleaner.

Spot cleaning

Spot clean stains on the foundation with a mixture of water and mild biodegradable soap. Allow to air dry.
